All our providers are accepting new patients with Blue Cross/Blue Shield (all plans), Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Medcost, PPO Next, PHCS, MultiPlan, First Health, and 3 Rivers. If you do not see your insurance on this list, please call us as we may be accepting it.
Dr. Holdsworth is accepting new Medicare patients.
We are a "non-participating" provider with Medicare. Physician's fees are paid at the Medicare rate by the patient at the time of the visit and we file your insurance electronically with Medicare. Based on your current status, you may be reimbursed by Medicare and your supplemental coverage, if you have it. (We do accept assignment for all hospital care we provide.)
We do not accept or participate with Medicare "HMOs." These include Humana, Aetna, and others. If you do not have an "out of network" option, we encourage you to seek a provider who participates with your particular health plan.
We do not accept Medicaid or Carolina Access.
